A New Week

A week post conference, and I’m hoping for normalcy again.

Sadly, I didn’t make it to the Conestoga conference. By Friday night I was sick, awake all night and coughing like a barking seal. By Saturday morning, I had no voice left. Zero. Nada. Zip. So no panels, no discussions for me. I was bummed because I was really looking forward to the conference.

But I did manage to sit at home and get some writing done. And catch up on some promo stuff I needed to get working on, because we’re nearly at a month countdown for Hunting The Demon, and about 5 weeks for Exclusive. Argh! So much to do.

#2 son is here visiting too, and I’m thrilled to have him here. It’s been a relaxing visiting so far, though he’s only staying until Wednesday because he has lots of things to do back home in California. Still, just seeing his face makes me happy. :cheer:

On tap this week is writing, writing and more writing, visiting with my son, more writing, more visiting. I’m sure there are other things I need to do, too.

Oh yeah. :laundry:
