But I’m not referring to a song. I’m talking about Surviving Demon Island, my Bantam Dell book. It’s done. It’s edited. It’s been critiqued by everyone I could beg, cajole, and whine into reading and editing it for me. And on Saturday I was forced by those who love me (damn bitches *g*) to hit the ‘send’ button and shoot it to my editor.
It’s gone. I can’t get it back and tweak it ‘just one more time’.
I already heard back from my editor today who said she should have comments back to me before the Christmas break.
Ack.
