Hey everyone!

I’ve been spending a lot (like a lot) of time in the deadline cave lately. Good news is that means more books are coming. Bad news is, I haven’t been posting a lot on the blog. I do spend some time on Twitter and Facebook, because those are short, here’s what I’m doing right this instant kind of posts, so when I’m pressed for time, it’s easier for me. If you use either of those social media sites, hit me up!

But I wanted to update you on what I’ve been working on. Last week I turned in Straddling the Line, Book 8 of the Play by Play series. That is Trevor and Haven’s book, and will release July, 2014. I also did edits on Melting the Ice, Book 7 of the Play by Play series, which will release February, 2014 and is Drew and Carolina’s story. Hopefully very soon I’ll have an excerpt up for Holiday Games. I should be doing edits on that book this week, and as soon as edits are completed, I’ll put the first chapter up on my site and alert everyone. I’m really excited about this book because all the Rileys make an appearance in this book. I hope you all enjoy it when it releases in November.

Hope Flames, the first book of my Hope series, will release in January and we have a fun giveaway for that coming up within the next couple of months. In addition, Hope Smolders, the introductory novella from the Hot Summer Nights anthology, will be released as a stand alone digital novella in late February, 2014. So if you didn’t buy it in the anthology but still want to read it, you’ll be able to when it releases on its own in March. More on that coming up soon.

I have exciting news!

UK publisher HEADLINE ETERNAL has acquired the rights to publish my entire Play by Play series as well as my Hope series! I’m so excited to be working with Headline to publish both series.

Headline will publish the backlist of my Play by Play series, which currently includes The Perfect Play, Changing The Game, Taking A Shot, Playing To Win, Thrown By A Curve and One Sweet Ride. These books will release, in both ebook and print, toward the end of 2013/beginning of 2014.

The new Play by Play titles will likely release around the same time as they do here in the U.S. The HOPE series books will do the same. Please note that this doesn’t affect my U.S. releases of this books. All the new books will release as indicated on my Coming Soon page.

Dear Readers,

I wanted you to be the first to know that the release date for my new book in the Hope series, HOPE FLAMES, has been moved to January 2014.  This was at my publisher’s discretion because they believe moving it to January will help to make the book as successful as it can be.  The new release date is January 7^th.  I understand you’re all very excited about this book and so am I.  We apologize for making you wait, but truly believe this is the best thing for the book.

But I do have some fun news. There will be a contest coming up in mid-November, offered by Berkley, my publisher. They will mail 200 early copies of HOPE FLAMES TO 200 randomly chosen readers. Stay tuned in the coming months for more details about this upcoming contest.

The other good news coming out of all of this is, the first three books in the Hope series will all release next year. HOPE FLAMES will release in January, HOPE IGNITES in April, and HOPE BURNS in October.  I’m very excited about this new series and I hope you will be, too.
