I have several ARCs that I’d like to give away to readers, bloggers, reviewers–anyone who can read the book and is willing to talk about it right around the time of the book’s release date in late October.
If you’re interested and you’d like to read the book, read below for the rules and enter:
1. The idea of providing an ARC (Advance Review Copy) is for people to talk about the book. So you have to agree to talk about the book…somewhere. On your blog, reader group, Myspace, whereever, sometime mid to late October. What you say about the book is entirely up to you and how you felt about it after reading it. I don’t control the content of what you say about it. Love it, hate it, meh, whatever you say about the book is entirely up to you. But I would appreciate if you post publicly about the book that you provide me a link so I can put it in my sidebar for other people to read about it.
2. I have a limited amount of ARCs so there will be a limited amount of people who get them. And really, it will depend on what venue you intend to use to discuss the book. In other words, if you say you want an ARC but you have no way to discuss the book, sorry. I’m glad you want to read the book, but you telling your mom how much you enjoyed it isn’t going to generate much buzz for me, and that’s what this is all about. This is a buzz-my-book contest, ya know?
