Day 4 of the 12 Days of Demon Island Giveaway

And it’s Monday. What better way to spend a Monday than winning a prize, huh?

Yesterday, Charlie, my biker dude, and I, spent the day at the Tulsa Toy Run, an annual biker event benefitting the Toys For Tots program. It’s a Huge biker event run every year and thousands….I mean thousands of bikers run in this event. Final numbers aren’t in but we estimated 6000 to 7000 bikers rode in this run. It was a blast. But omg was it cold and windy starting out.

And yes, I do look like I’m on a ski trip, don’t I? Trust me, I have like 4 layers of clothes on under that jacket. I hate being cold.

Riding was a blast. People lined the roads for miles, adults and kids, waving at us. It was like a parade. Bikes revved and honked at the crowds as we rode by. It was an absolute blast.

Lots and lots and lots of bikes. We were four or five bikes across, lined up for about two miles.

And of course I just have to include our bike.

So that was our fun weekend. This is the third bike toy run we’ve done this holiday season. There’s one the Salvation Army is sponsoring next weekend.

What do you do for charity during the holidays?
