You guys, I just spent an incredible few days at Lora Leigh’s Reader Appreciation Weekend in Huntington West Virginia for her Reader Appreciation Weekend. Lora has wanted me to come for several years now, but my schedule just hasn’t allowed it. Actually, I was booked to go last year, but my daughter in law was due to have her baby then and there was a chance she could go into labor early, so I had to cancel at the last minute. I was so sad to miss it, but nothing was going to stop me this year, and I was so glad I went! I had an absolute blast.

For a writer, there’s nothing like being surrounded by readers. Readers are the life’s blood of our work. They’re the people who motivate us to sit at our desks for up to fifteen hours a day and work harder at our craft. And when readers tell us they love our stories and our characters, it makes those grueling days so worthwhile. To spend an entire weekend sitting and talking and partying with those readers as well as other authors was a dream come true for me. I had the best time ever.

When I have a minute to catch my breath and get caught up I’ll be posting some fun pictures from the weekend. If you want an awesome weekend I highly encourage you to attend RAW next year, which will be held in Maryland. You won’t regret it.

Now for my news. I’m SO thrilled and excited to tell you that I’ll be writing three more books in my upcoming Play By Play erotic sports series with Berkley Heat! And the awesome and incredible New York Times bestselling author Lora Leigh and I will be doing another Nauti and Wild anthology together! Wheee! More details to come on those books as I get them rolling. :glee:
